First of all, you dont just ban egoers, spammers and people who post in the wrong place. You have to be reasonable and give warning. But if someone it obviously being really offensive then you ban, but only for a good reason.

Secondly, at the end when you said

Thats likely to not get you hired. if you dont care whether you get hired or not. We only want dedicated staff. So i say you change that end part and put something else there.
